Q:  Do you offer flexible financing?
A:  Flexible financing options help you own your dream home.  Our Mortgage Team Partners can educate you about down payments, how to improve your credit and other information helpful for first-time homebuyers.  We offer these services even if you decide not to buy a Bruggeman Home.  You'll get a prequalification letter that you can take elsewhere on your house-hunting search.

We offer townhome neighborhoods where you will have time to enjoy life and will be free to travel because the Home Owners Association provides maintenance to the exterior of your home and will provide lawn care, lawn irrigation and snow removal.  It’s reassuring to know that your home looks lived in with the drives and walk shoveled while you escaped to the southern warmth.

We also offer our Village Homes single family neighborhoods with the freedom normally found only in townhome communities. You will have time to enjoy life and will be free to travel because the Home Owners Association will provide lawn care, lawn irrigation and snow removal. Our Village Homes offers the best of two worlds, the privacy of a single family home with the yard care of a townhome community. 

Q:  We are getting ready to retire but I am concerned about downsizing from our current home.  Do you have some advice for us?

Q:  Can my home be built for wireless communications?

A:  Our Included Features allow your home to be served by DSL or Cable internet service and by installing a simple wireless access point with a router available from any local electronics store, you will have wireless internet service throughout your home, and on your patio, deck and front porch.

Q:  Will I get a chance to walk through our new home before closing?

A:  Bruggeman Homes prefers to schedule your Home Owner Orientation approximately 7 days before your closing so that we have time to correct any concerns you may have before your closing.  You can have the peace of mind knowing that we completed your home before you have moved in.
